Last one standing
This wheel works backwards. Every spin picks a name and takes it off – that person is out. The wheel gets smaller, the odds get worse for everybody left, and whoever is still on it at the end wins. Press SPIN! and watch it thin out:
When one name is left the page says so straight away – spinning a wheel that can only land on one person is not a ceremony anybody needs.
Put in the players
The wheel starts with Player 1 to Player 8. Replace them with the real names, one per line:
What it settles
- Who does the washing up, who takes the bins out, who buys the round.
- Party games: one person out per round until somebody wins.
- Which player goes last in a board game – the one who survives.
- Cutting a long list down to one, when everybody wants it to feel fair.
- Classroom games where being out is part of the fun.
The settings behind it
Two switches make it an elimination wheel, both under Options: Take the winner off the wheel is what knocks people out, and the page announces the last one left:
Untick the first and the wheel goes back to being an ordinary one that draws a name and keeps everybody on it.
The order they went out in
Past winners is the record of the game, newest first – so you can read it backwards to see who lasted longest:
Back to the original items puts everybody back for the next round:
