The trap is the famous city: the capital of New York is Albany, of California Sacramento, of Florida Tallahassee, of Illinois Springfield. Only a handful of states – Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Arizona – have their biggest city as the capital.

Region by region
The fifty states are in the four regions of the census: the Northeast, the Midwest, the South and the West. The wheel opens with the Northeast; click a region to add it:
The wrong answers come from the same region, so they are cities a guess could land on. Change that, or the number of answers, under Quiz settings:
