How to play
- A short word is chosen at random. Each dash is one letter.
- Tap a letter on the keyboard on the screen, or type it.
- If the letter is in the word, it appears. If not, one more line of the drawing appears.
- Find the word before the drawing is finished.
Good spelling practice
Children learn which letters are common, and how words are put together, without noticing it is practice. Start with Colors and Animals, which have the shortest words.
Use your own words
Spelling list from school? Type a word in for your child, or for a friend, and let them guess. You will find harder words on the regular Hangman page.
