A new plan in one click
Type the names into Names, set the Rows and the Seats in a row to match the room, and press Shuffle the seats. The front of the room – the board, the teacher’s desk – is at the top.
The rules every teacher has
- Not next to each other – one pair per line,
Anna + Ben. They never sit side by side, in front of or behind each other. - In the front row – one name per line: whoever needs to see the board, or to be seen.
Then fine-tune by hand: click one seat and then another to swap the two.
Print it
Print / PDF prints the plan on a landscape page, Image saves it as a picture, and Copy as table pastes the rows into a spreadsheet. The plan stays on this device, so next week it is still there to change.
