A wheel for every decision
Choosy Wheel is a free spinning wheel you can fill with anything: names, chores, meals, prizes, questions. Type your options, press SPIN! and let the wheel decide. There is nothing to install and no account to make, and it works on a phone as well as on a computer.
Who uses it
- Teachers who need to pick who answers next, or which topic comes up.
- Streamers and community managers running a giveaway.
- Families settling who does the dishes or what is for dinner.
- Friends who cannot agree on a game, a film or a restaurant.
- Anyone stuck between a few options who wants a quick, fair answer.
How to spin
- Write your options in the box next to the wheel, one per line.
- Press SPIN!, or Ctrl + Enter (Cmd + Enter on a Mac).
- Press STOP! if you do not want to wait – the wheel settles quickly where it was heading.
- Read the winner under the wheel. If you like, it can also appear in a pop-up.

Change the list
Every item is also a row in the list under the box. Drag a row to move it, click the cross to remove it, and start a line with an emoji to give the item an icon. The list looks like this:
Under the list there are four buttons: Shuffle mixes the order, Sort puts it in alphabetical order, Remove all empties the wheel and Back to the original items returns the list the page started with.
Draw several winners
For a raffle, or to decide the order of a presentation, open Options and tick Take the winner off the wheel. Every spin then removes what it landed on, so the next one picks from whatever is left. The options look like this:
Everyone who came out is kept under Past winners, newest first, until you press Clear:
Make it look your way
Under Colours you can pick one of the palettes for the wheel, or build your own from single colours:
Button and pointer gives the SPIN! button and the pointer a colour of your own. The text on the button stays readable by itself, or you can choose that colour too:
And Spin length sets how long a spin takes, from an instant answer to a long, suspenseful one:
Keep your wheel
Your browser remembers the wheel. Come back tomorrow and it is exactly as you left it, with Restored from your last visit at the top. To take it to another device or send it to someone, open Save / load in the header, which looks like this:
Save to a file downloads your wheel, and Load from a file brings it back on any other device.
Is it fair?
Yes. Every item gets the same slice of the wheel and the wheel stops at a random angle, so each item has exactly the same chance. The only way to change the odds is to put the same item on the wheel more than once.
