What is International Day of Happiness?
The International Day of Happiness is a United Nations day which holds that happiness and wellbeing matter as much as money and growth.
Ways to mark the day
- Do something kind for someone without being asked.
- Write down three good things from the day.
- Spend time outside, with people you like.
How the countdown works
The clock counts down to the 20th of March on your own device’s time, so it reaches zero at midnight where you are. When the day is over, it starts again for next year. Full screen puts it on a classroom board or a big screen. To count down to something of your own, enter it under Your own event.
