How it works
The wheel lands on an African country, and you choose its capital. The wrong answers come from the same region, which makes it much harder than it sounds.
Your score and your run
Every right answer adds to the Score, and the run counts how many you got right in a row. Best run remembers your record on this device.
Pick the topics
Choose a region and stay with it until you know it. North Africa is the easiest place to begin.
Easier or harder
Under Quiz settings choose how many Answers to choose from, and switch on Take the ones I got right off the wheel to work through the whole set until nothing is left.
The ones people get wrong
- Nigeria is Abuja, not Lagos.
- Tanzania is Dodoma, not Dar es Salaam.
- Morocco is Rabat, not Casablanca.
- Côte d’Ivoire is Yamoussoukro, not Abidjan.
Countries with more than one capital, such as South Africa, are left out of this quiz.
