The classic baby shower game
Choose the number of cards and print them. The best way to play: guests mark a square whenever the parent-to-be opens a present with that word on it. The first full row wins.
Other ways to play
- The caller: someone reads out words from the list in random order.
- Guess first: guests fill in their own words before the presents are opened.
- Prizes: a small one for the first row, a bigger one for the full card.
Change the words
The list starts with the usual baby things. Add the names being considered, the family’s in-jokes and whatever is on the gift list. You need at least as many words as there are squares on a card.
