How to play
- Split into two teams. Children and adults can be mixed.
- Tick the decks you want.
- The first player presses Play and looks at the word. Nobody else may see it.
- Act it out with no words and no sounds, while the team shouts guesses.
- Guessed it? Press Got it and go on to the next word. Stuck? Pass.
- When the minute is up, count the points and pass the phone to the other team.
The decks
- Christmas actions: wrapping a present, making a snow angel, carving a roast.
- Christmas characters: Santa, a reindeer, a grumpy relative.
- Christmas things: harder, because a candle has to be acted, not described.
- Winter fun: slipping on ice, sneezing, falling asleep after dinner.
Make it your own
Add words only your family will get under Your own words: the uncle who always burns the turkey, the song nobody can stand. Those usually get the biggest laugh.
For younger players
Let small children play with an older partner, or give them a longer time. The Christmas things deck and any word with an obvious movement work best for them.
