A workout you do not have to plan
Roll, do what the dice say, and roll again. Ten or fifteen rolls make a proper session, and you never know what is coming, which is half the fun.
Ideas for using it
- Between tasks: one roll every hour you sit at a desk.
- With children: a game that happens to be exercise.
- In class: a short break to wake everybody up.
- With friends: everyone does the roll, and the loser picks the next one.
Make it easier or harder
Under Your own dice, change the faces. Swap burpees for knee raises, add weights, or put bigger numbers on the second die. Add a third die for your own rule, such as “slowly” or “with music”. Your dice stay on this device.
Take care
Warm up first, stop if something hurts, and ask a doctor before starting if you have a health condition. For set times, use the HIIT Timer or the Interval Timer.
